Can peptides cause voice changes or hoarseness?

Voice changes are not typical with peptides at therapeutic doses. Supraphysiological growth hormone could theoretically cause vocal cord thickening over time, similar to anabolic steroids. Hoarseness may indicate thyroid issues or unrelated laryngeal problems. NIDCD Voice Disorders
